Bob Richards has been an executive recruiter since 1980.  In 1992; following a successful career with MRI, Bob founded Alpha Solutions Intl., Inc. specializing in Executive Recruitment for the Financial - Mortgage Sector in the Retail, Wholesale and Correspondent channels.
