Bob founded Alpha Solutions, Intl., Inc. after ten successful years of recruiting for Sales Consultants (Division of Management Recruiters International.) During that time he achieved national pacesetter every year. He was recognized ten times as S.C. National Top Ten Producer and a member of the MRI Hall of Fame. In 1984 he was promoted to Assistant Manager and helped build the Oakland, California office to national finalist year after year. In 1988 he was promoted to Branch Manager and opened an office in Danville, CA. While managing this office he continued to work a desk to train employees, and in two short years (1990-1991) Bob turned the office into a national finalist. As President and Owner of Alpha Solutions Intl., Inc. Bob brings over 40+ years of successful recruiting to meet his client's needs.

Paul started his career with Sales Consultants (Division of Management Recruiters International) in 1985. In his first year, Paul became the Rookie of the Year with SC. He achieved pacesetter status 5 times. In 1988, Paul was promoted to Assistant Manager and helped the Oakland, CA office to national finalist until he was promoted to Portland, OR in 1992. He accomplished all this while still working a desk to help mentor his team of AE's. In 1996, Paul went out on his own to form Maduell Associates and has been reunited with Bob since then

Phyllis joined the firm in 2000. She has been responsible for creating new procedures in order to streamline operations. She is also the head of our Research Department and is in charge of developing relationships with candidates.
